Hi,
It has been the most annoying and disrespectful situation I have ever encountered. They are liars and it’s a scam. I booked an international flight, but it was canceled due to Covid because Canada was on lock down. They talked me into paying 100.09 extra to keep my airline credit. I have been trying to use my credit following all their guidelines. And they keep ignoring me telling me they will get back to me in 24 hours.
They even say I can only fly a discounted flight which by the way their website does not say which flight is discounted and when I call, they cannot help me find a discounted flight so how am I supposed to find it... I picked a flight myself and the exchange team say they are waiting for an airline approval but never call me back or email.
They are rude, and I can’t ever hear them properly on the phone. I want my money back!!!!!! A supervisor was supposed to contact me well they never did. I want a refund right now. I don’t have the time to keep calling and keep trying to use this credit that I have try to use MULTIPLE TIMES.
