Optimus Fulfill Ruined product from bad pasteurization procedures. Improper cooling. Withhold of product for long period of time post payment. Almost caused a recall without notification me of issue, after partial product was released. Sent partial product without count. Neglect and poor practice all around. Coppell Texas
This company agreed to run my line for launch. They fully destroyed one SKU that I had to discontinue with improperly pasterization, and partially destroyed another. They didn't tell me that there were microbial issues with the second SKU, demanded full payment up front, released the product for pickup and didn't put it on the truck nor did they mention that they werent putting it on the truck. They sent off a partial truck that was also missing two pallets of another sku. I had a distributor who was supposed to pick up 153 cases of each SKU and they put 130 cases on the truck. Major loss of sales. They still, after nearly two months haven't sent the remaining product. It's a beautiful facility, and they're completely incompetent and their workers have zero experience. The "top" guy on the run had been there a couple months and the second to top guy was on his second day. Their labeling equipment is two broken semi-automatic labelers, and seven women. A nightmare of poor practice and inefficiencies. I don't care how desperate you are to fill your orders, working with this company is NOT worth it.
