Optimum Optimum Internet Connecticut Dishonest and terrible services Connecticut
Runaway from this company. Since I've installed their system my internet has never worked proporly. I loose connectivity all the time. They have alredy changed the modem and wifi router but the problem persists. After my latest complaiment they told they would send someone to check the problem and no one showed up. I stayed home all day waiting for it.
Now they are charging me because they say there wasnt anyone at home. There was no missing phone calls or messages alerting that someone from Optimum was trying to contact me. I am trying to get a refund for this dishonest charge but they are giving a hard time. Stay away from them.
