The tanning beds are old tech and not clean. Plus the bulbs are always out. The Mystic Tan is the old and outdated model. You couldn't pay me enough money to step inside on that floor (totally gross). They have a sauna that is never hot & there is NO MUSIC or TV working, so better bring your own entertainment (phones don't work in that high of heat, so think again).
There is a red light bed, but some of the bulbs are out, and I don't think it's working properly, if at all- it's old too. They claim they are doing a remodel, but there is crap everywhere you look, and it never moves. This place needs to be scraped clean, in my opinion. And I was here BEFORE the COVID-19 shutdowns, and this place was a DUMP then too, so they can't use that as an excuse!
They are ALWAYS out of aromatherapy towels. Make an appointment so you can be "on time" to your next one- NOT! They are always running late! Excuses, excuses. The staff are NOT so hot (a "butterface" on the best of the girls), but thinks they are hot s***. In reality, they need to just take better care of the place to make the patrons happy.
One of the girls did mention that they are paid cash under the table, so not sure the owner and/or management are doing good by the law either. And they have broken signs displaying stuff they don't even have, which I am pretty sure that's called "false advertising," right? And then to top it off, their product displays were recently "updated" in the front, but they still have out this rusty, broken jewelry on display?
This place is a mess! It needs a complete face-lift, but I don't think anyone gives a crap in there so don't bet on it being there next month. It does look like they were on the right track to making some changes, but stopped in the middle? My review for overall- I saw several large bugs the last time I was there and that's it, no more. It's definitely not up to my standards before, let alone after the pandemic. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! I won't be back.
