I ordered 2 Nutrax CBD products. They charged me shipping and handling. February 7, 2020 was the date everything was done. Today on February 27, 2020 they charged me twice for a "membership fee". The terms and conditions state "every 30 days you will be charged 89.71 for the membership fee." Upon reading further it states "to cancel, you must before the end of the paid membership period." So, being every 30 days is the program membership fee period.

I called to dispute the charges. It had not been 30 days and we wanted, and were going, to cancel before said terms and conditions. The first gentleman named Dan said the terms state 14 days and he would do a refund for the one charge but unable to do a full refund on the second and offered me half the price back. I asked for a supervisor and he said he was said title. I asked for the name of his boss and to speak with him. He said the boss of the company does not speak to anyone and he was not allowed to give the name. Having a company with an unknown CEO remaining annonymous seemed suspiscious to me. I told him fine and we hung up. I wanted to look more into the terms and conditions.

Researching this company was just as confusing. The 2 websites nutrirenuoil and nutrirenuplus was the same. I was taken back by the main page with nothing of the product that I ordered. The page showed an oil for face wrinkles. My order was Nutrax CBD. No where is that name or product on the websites. But it was the correct company with same customer service number.

I read the terms and saw nothing of the 14 day terms Dan mentioned. I called again. Getting someone else with an Indian name I cannot remember. I was honest and mentioned earlier conversation with Dan. Before details were said the guy told me everything which indicated to me that it was all typed in the computer file. Dan had lied and did not give me the refund for one, my bank happened to decline because it looked suspiscious. However, the other charge was being processed and I was only offered half refund.

I tried to get the new guy to direct me on the 14 day policy. He read something and told me he was reading from the website. I confirmed that I was on the same web site and that it was not written on there. He stated that refunds are not issued. I told him the website states otherwise. He told me 14 day term to cancel with refund. I told him the website said 30 days. He said the 14 days start when we get the product. I told him we ordered it 14 business days ago to date and that we could not have received on the same day as we ordered. So regardless, it had not been 14 days. Which was not the terms stated in the conditions.

He just kept repeated, then pretended we had a bad connection over the phone, continued to repeat and said I agreed to the partial refund and that was that.

Total scam!! Even when doing what the terms and condition say, they want money some way or another. Even if its half they still make a profit.
