This business is highly unethical in their dealings. in mid August of 2018 I had purchased a VERY defective /poorly made mattress, where a piece stuck me the first night I'd slept on it, pinching some nerve & cutting off blood circulation, causing leg to totally collapse as I got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night.

Id' called the next day, reporting what had occurred, and was told "I just needed to adjust, and to give it at least a few weeks before I'll be able to tell,.. and if I had any trouble with it then, to bring it back for exchange. A few weeks past, and I wasn't able to use this mattress. Unfortuantely during this time, I had been dealing with my dog's cancerous growth, which he needed surgery in removing a very aggressive oral melanoma, and several weeks after the procedure, the growth had returned and spread, where my dog needed to get put to sleep.

NEEDLESS to say.. I was very emotinoally upset, and being out of town for the month. having returned in September, I brought the mattress back, and told them what I'd been going through. They showed NO compassion or remorse, insisting that they had a strict 'no return' policy. I'd explained that I'd just lost my dog, and was too emotionally upset to engage in any conflict with them, so I had left the mattress there, in the hope they would simply refund me (as any other business would do under the circustances provided) However, several days passed by where they'd refused to refund me, forcing me to file a dispute with the Bank.

They had NOT reponded to the bank for several more months, and the proceeded to lie to the bank, stating 'I had a cat who allegedly got cat hair all over the mattress' WHICH WAS TOTALLY UNTRUE AS I NEVER EVEN HAD A CAT ! They also told lied telling the bank that I'd returned teh mattress several montths later, which was also false, since it was only a matter of WEEKS - not months !

It's inconveivable how these people inhumanely aggravated me while I'd been going through SUCH a difficult time, and I have papers from the Vet and can get the bank to report dates /times I'd called and what I'd told them reporting, in terms of WHEN I'd returned the mattress (since they logged in the date I'd provided) which this business is stating was late November (when it was September) I'm fine bieng out of my money... however, I CAN NOT accept their business ethics /practice and how they put me through so much more agony than I'd already been suffering.

These people are inhumane and should not be in business in my opinion.
