NGI LLC David Trinh took $1360 auto debit from a tenants account to move in a property, he knew had no heating mechanism, no gas meter and issues preventing gas service initiation, mice, windows that don’t open, no advertised washer dryer hookup w/drainage, unsteady deck and railings, unusable garage, electrical and plumbing issues, etc...

Once complaint was made about issues he wanted to retract the lease agreement to avoid his landlord obligations to address and remedy. He and Cynthia Ward are

 Please note for consumer awareness, this property owner/landlord caused my family tremendous harm financially and emotionally. On 11/15/2019 C Yinger of Columbus City Code Enforcement red tagged the property and order me and my family out in 15 minutes and we were unable to gather belongings.

David Trihn of NGI LLC held my belongings in the property. At the 12/5/2019 eviction hearing in which he voluntary dismissed as clearly his actions were retaliatory for me filing complaints with City Code Enforcement against him (15 Violations; 2 Emergency Orders issued with one emergency order to place smoke detectors being complied with on 11/15/2019; other violations continue to exist).

This property owner/ landlord agreed to allow me access to my belongings initially on 12/16/2019 but upon arrival with movers who I still had to pay, the realtor Mr. Jackson of HER, arrived tardy (a concrete timeframe of 11a-1p to move was pre-established) did not have access.

Mr. Jackson did, however, suggest breaking into the property "by any means necessary” (statement heard and witnessed by movers), however, I was an unwilling participant in any illegal acts. Mr. Jackson informed me that he could not reach David Trihn and would need to let him reschedule a date for me to obtain my belongings.

David Trihn breaches the original agreement established at the Franklin County Municipal. Nevertheless, I was open to rescheduling to obtain the belongings I had been without since 11/15/2019. My family of six has gone over a month without our property. In the 15 minutes we had to vacate, we grabbed very minimal.

On 12/24/2019 I reported to the property 986 Wilson Avenue Columbus Ohio 43206 and upon access, my belongings are GONE! Again, Mr. Jackson claims he has no insight into the matter and girls to sit in his car to contact David Trihn. David Trihn agreed to pay the movers but refused to pay them or offer insight into location of my property.

Mr. Jackson confirmed he was the realtor and present during the incident when David Trihn had his property manager Cynthia Ward pose as the owner and call in a false call to the Columbus Police Department and report me as trespassing on or about October 20, 2019. David Trihn had the water shut off while I was still in the property on October 30, 2019 despite the signing of the landlord/tenant utility agreement and City Code Enforcement Officer Paola Turner contacted him and demanded he call water company and restore.

This man is a menace and he is corrupt!
