New Horizons Computer Learning Center New Horizons Proctor Stealing Student's Exam Fees! Buffalo New York
This is the only proctor center in Buffalo, and they act like it! When you walk in, there's this as*hole behind the reception desk named Laura Hermans who likes to threaten graduates with rescheduling the exam, or even calling police on them after decides who gets to test, and who is forced to reschedule.
I was over an hour early and asked this dumb b*tch some simple questions about the second part of the exam. She knew nothing about my exam, gave me a disconnected phone number to dial, and an excuse as to why she doesn't know anything. I asked who would know something, maybe a manager?
Laura insisted she was the manager, but at this point, she still had not introduced herself, and refused to give me her name when I asked for it like 7 times. Then she told me I needed to leave the building or she would call the police. I told the sloppy tramp to call em! At that point, I felt she was lying about who she was, and her role at the company.
This rude a*s floozy should be waiting tables instead of administering coursework to graduates. I had to literally skip trace this scumbag in order to find out what her name is. I simply wanted some information about the second part of the exam, Laura didn't have it, refused to identify herself, and threaten me with police instead of explaining whatever policy was broken to deny me the test.
I've had 6 people from school tell me about this proctor sites rude a*s unprofessional, cult of sh*tlibs working to fleece students of state funds. They don't call anyone back, or have any documentation as to who there for what reason, nor even try to help find the right number to dial.
The entire office is full of these type of dildos all covering each other's scandalous as*es. When I did call to get the sh*t rescheduled, they had all sorts of reasons why I wasn't able to. The only finger these scam artists lift is to scratch another one of their tools chapped as*es. Someone needs to sue the sh*t out of these people!
