I called Network Solutions on the evening of July 12, 2021 to renew some of the domain names that I have registered with this company. My company credit card was charged for the renewal of nine (9) domain names, but they only renewed seven (7) out of the nine ((9) that I was charged for. This company also failed to e-mail me the usual order confirmation. But, I was able to confirm the renewal of seven of the nine by checking my online account.

I called Network Solutions back after seeing that my company card had been charged for the full amount for the renewal of nine domain names. The first person I spoke with didn't know much, and he was on his way home. I called back again (third time), and I actually reached the person that I had spoken with originally that had placed my order incorrectly. This person acted like he didn't remember anything about my original order even though I had spoken with him no more than thirty (30) minutes before I had reached him a second time by telephone.

I then spoke to this person for several minutes, and he continued to deny that I had placed an order earlier because their records didn't reflect it properly even though he was the person that actually placed the order originally for me.  I was on the phone for 58 minutes and six seconds in an effort to resolve their error so that I would not have to deal with this issue during the rest of the week. I continued to insist that my order had been placed and that my company credit card had been charged for the full amount.

This person finally verified that my order had been placed, but that there was an error with the order and it would take another 24-48 hours to resolve. I had asked this same person to get his supervisor so that I could speak with his supervisor, but the never put me through to his supervisor claiming they were busy throughout the entire 58 minutes and six seconds I was on the phone with this person. This person was responsible for the error in my order.

This is not the first problem I have had with this company. A few years back I found that ALL of my domain names had been merged with another account without my permission, and they were being ransomed back to me for a very large price. I made a major issue of this to Network Solutions security people, and they finally returned the large number of domain names back to my account. But, they refused to tell me who had stolen these domain names from me in the first place. This led me to believe that one of their own employees had stolen my domain names.

STAY FAR WAY from this company. This is one of the most poorly managed companies I have ever done business with. They employ dishonest and incompetent people, and they cover up for their incompetent and dishonest employees.
