My Complaint:

I have seen several complaints where Netflix is doing the same thing below as mentioned in another complaint. It is happening to me as well. The customer service rep told me a supervisor wouldn't help me and that I was 'misunderstanding the situation.' They claimed to not be able to find my transactions or account yet are charging me and show a connected T-mobile account.

He wanted me to go back to my bank and said there was nothing they could or would do to help me. Which is very odd given the fact that they're the ones that are charging my credit card. I believe this to be wholly fraudulent activity and a means for Netflix to drive additional revenue by charging customers when they're not supposed to. Then telling you to go back to your bank, which to the other users point below doesn't allow you to back track enough to receive stolen funds. I believe this is a scheme by Netflix to drive additional revenue, not provide a means of recourse and flat out lie to customers about their accounts/billing transactions.

"I have a Netflix account that is linked to T-Mobile, where they charge me $5 and cover the Neflix account. It has been this way for at least 18 months.

Netflix refuses to refund me and would rather I dispute charges with my bank, knowing a bank dispute will  only go back 180 days and would rather keep money they didnt earn."
