Thanks for your message. This is to confirm that we are unable to process your return request. Unfortunately, your Nectar Mattress does not meet our eligibility requirements due to environmental issues. Per our returns and warranty information, your mattress must be clean and undamaged to be eligible for return. The presence of bed bugs is not considered a manufacturer's defect and would void your trial period, as well as warranty on the mattress.
I never had bed bug problem in our house and house built it newly. They simply saying emnvironemnt issue and not even exchange the product. I have paid $957 . Their customer service is poor and fraud company. Dont buy the product from them .
