Complaint Review: 411 Net Services - Phoenix Arizona

On August 8th, 2018 I received a phone call out of the blue from this company. The representatives name is Jeffery Woods. He said that there was this new Affilate Program that sold Microsoft Products and they also sold Apple Products. He stated that he had clients that was were making thousands of dollars a month.

Jeffrey Woods is very good at what he does and that's being the biggest liar, deciever, that ever in my life spoke with. He pretty much forces you into thinking "Yes I can make so much money with this company." Right! I was wrong. Jeffrey Woods also goes by Jeffrey Thomas. Looking at some of the reveiws online he's been scamming people for years.

Look at the ratings on the BBB they have a F. Jeff Woods told me that I Would have to invest $7,000 for leads and I can use that on mulitiple cards. I did not invest $7,000 I only invested $4,000. Jeff says to me "Trust me the money that you're investing you could be making that back within the next month or so." He said that I would have someone call me because they were going to be working on putting together my site and I had to pay monthly for the web domain through GoDaddy. 

In September I was calling to get updates to what was going on with my site because I didn't hear anything from the person who was helping me. I called Jeff Woods and he said that things were slow and give it some time to show improvements. He said make sure you look into your back office to see updates and sale. I did that and saw nothing. I didn't see that they were promoting my website I saw nothing.

I was getting upset because Jeff Woods is terrible and I mean terrible with communication. I was waiting for a check in the mail and there was nothing. I kept calling Jeff and then some woman by the name of Becky kept calling me getting on my last nerves. I was fed up because Jeff kept giving me excuses, he kept having this woman by the name of Becky call me.

I was over and done with everything. I called my credit card company in October 2018 and they gave me a refund back of $4,000 and removed the interest that I accured. I was contacted by Jeff Woods called me in November and he said that they had a new Affliate program where I would be able to buy Canadian leads. He said the Canadian leads is once they make a sale I get paid within 10 days instead of once a month so there would be no hold on those commissions and I would be paid weekly.

So I was going to give Jeff another chance and I wish I did not. I called my Credit Card company like a dummy and told them that I wanted to charges reversed because I was going to work with them. I recieved 2 checks in the mail in November but it took forever to receive. Jeff said it was sent out to me and but never arrived it some how got lost in the mail (more lies) Then I received a check for $264 and another check for $328.64.

Following month one check was sent to me. I was starting to get upset all over again. Then I was sent a couple of checks in January. February I was constantly having to contact Jeff Woods. He would say he was going to call me but it never happened. I would send him emails and text messages and he would say he's not in the office, or he had a family emergency, his wife was in the hospital, he had to go pick up his kids, or there were a few people out of the office and they couldn't get the calls out like they should have.

It was always an excuse with this jerk. He really makes my blood boil. At this time I am getting really fed up because I wasn't seeing the checks that I should've have been sent. Jeff once again lied to me again. He is a scam artist and a theif no one shouldn't trust him. This company is full of lies. Jeff would tell you that sales are pending and they had to chase the caller back because their card declined that's a bunch of bull.

In May I was 4/10/2019 I cashed the check a couple of weeks later. When I cashed that check I received a letter in the mail from my bank saying that they charged me a fee of $164.00 and NSF fee due to the check not being able to clear. So this company sent me a check in the mail they knew wasn't going to clear. The check was issue from this company by the name of SouthWest Data LLC out of Nevada.

Did they send me out a check for the fee and for the money that my bank too from my account??? No they did not. At this point my blood pressure was high I was so done with this ragedy scamming company. I called, emailed, and text Jeff and told him I am done with this company and I am out. I told him that I wanted a refund back and I regret ever being involved with this scammish company. He said that I made over $3683 from November 2018 to now.

I was not receiving weekly checks at all. I told him that I am going to contact my bank to get a print out of every check that. I contacted Jeff Woods June 18th, 2019 and told him that I want a print out of the commsion checks that were sent to me. He has yet to send me what I requested. I hate the fact that he's the only person to speak with. I am going to sue this company and make sure  they go out of business. 

JEFF WOODS or JEFFREY THOMAS IS A SCAM ARTIST DON'T TRUST ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE EVIL THEIVES.
