NE Consulting, CPA NE Consulting, CPA Mrs. Nichole Elliott-Little Refuses to send back my personal tax documents Smyra Georgia

On February 21, 2019, I submitted all my original tax document for 2017 and 2018 to Nichole Elliott-Little of NE Consulting, CPA so she can file my taxes. On April 16, 2019, Mrs. Elliot and I had a disagreement because she stated I had too many questions which upset her. I am not knowledgeable about filing taxes that is why I hired Mrs. Elliott-Little and I believe I should be able to ask questions to get a full understand.
Instead, Mrs. Elliott-Little got mad and refused to work with me. I was in agreeance and I asked for the original forms back. I made no copies because I have worked with Mrs. Elliott-Little for years and never had any reason to doubt her professionalism until now. I have sent multiple emails, texts, and phone calls in an effort to get my forms back and Mrs. Elliott-Little refuses to send back my personal tax forms.
She is extremely unprofessional and she’s hindering my ability to file my taxes instead of simply returning my forms and parting ways amicably. She is being spiteful and maliciously holding my important tax forms so that I cannot file my taxes. I have never encountered anyone in business this unethical and vindictive. Mrs. Elliott-Little business practices are shocking and arbitrary.
