I ordered nano hearing aides.got them with j. 2 weeks one guit working .Called them that sent another pair. Bytime the second pair arrived I had decided I wanted to return they said it was to early to return .left them on the counter unopened .
Decided to give them another try charged them .they won't do anything.offered to send another pair .cont to say .to early to return waited till close.to their return time .which was March 17 th2019.Started calling first of March cont to Call 3/4 times a week no answer.left messages to return call no return call.
Ever would be on hold for a hour at a time.Never got to speak to anyone to get a return number to return the hearing aides . Then last week my husband mentioned he had a email from them.biw they are saying I wited to long to return they .will t return my money.
