Nano Hearing Aids returned hearing aids that did not work and have never receive refund despite repeated contacts with company Coppell Texas
I ordered hearing aids online with company saying returns easy if I was not happy with them.
They told me it would take a month or so to process refund. This time has passed.
Despite repeated contacts via phone with customer service I never received a frefund Today I tried to call , was put on hold for 5 mins then told they could not take any more calls reight now .
