MYNE DARING MARKETING LLC MYNE Mens Muscle; MYNE Mens Muscle- Buyer Beware! Sioux Falls South Dakota
Buyer Beware! MYNE Mens Muscle didn't ship me the product then refused to refund my money! The customer rep stalled and stalled then said they couldn't refund my money because they had already incurred costs for shipping, marketing, handling, commissions etc.!
I ordered MYNE Mens Muscle and MYNE Testosterone Boost in online on 11/14/2019; payment was processes through a card on 11/19/2019; and, by 11/26/2019 I've still no products! I called MYNE customer service to request a refund! When I called, I got the worst run around ever !!
STALL #1: I was told my order had been delivered that morning in Florida and he was looking at the UPS delivery report right then! Well that was BS- because I live in the NorthWest! "However", he said, "the recipient was honest and returned the product...so can send it to you at the correct address!!" No, thank you! I insisted on getting a refund. The rep said he was processing it and put me on-hold.
STALL #2: When the rep came back on the line he offered a 50% discount and, asked if that would be satisfactory (in lieu of a refund). No, thank you! I insisted on getting a refund. The rep said he was processing my refund and put me on-hold again.
STALL #3: When the rep came back on the line the 3rd time, he offered a 75% discount and and extended tril period, and asked if that would be satisfactory (in lieu of a refund). I said "No, thank you. I just want my money back". The rep said he was "finalizing my refund" and put me on-hold again.
STALL#4: When the rep came back on the line the 4th time said they couldn't refund my money because they had already paid the cost of shipping, handling, marketing, commissions, product cost etc. My frustration level was primed, as I heard the rep saying (in my head) "we never intended to refund a dime!"
That was the Last Stall! I was livid!! Before I knew it told the rep "I just want my "F"ing money back!" You could hear the smile on the rep's face when he snidely said he was ending the call because I violated FCC rules about using profane language on the telephone! Click!! Really? Really?
These folks are scammers: MYNE Mens Muscle in Sioux Falls South Dakota is a scam! Buyer Beware!!
