The myhousedeals.com website is one of these false advertising sites that lures the site visitors by charging money for premium listsing before general public. 

These listings are usually old and the brokers listed on the site seem to be in kahoot with the site.  When a user reaches out to a broker by filling out a form on the site there is no response or no reach out from the broker because these properties are usually sold already -- because these are old listings.  The site keeps promoting these listings though!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience with MyHouseDeals was less than first-rate and we understand your frustration. We wanted to share some information with you in the hopes that it helps to clear up some confusion. Our community of investors is comprised of both free members and Premium members. Investors who choose to upgrade to a Premium membership enjoy many benefits including access to deals 14 days early. It’s up to each investor to decide whether a free or Premium membership makes the most sense for them and only upgrade to Premium once they’ve tried the service as a free member and feel confident in the value a Premium membership provides. 

Whenever a deal is posted on MyHouseDeals, our internal review team examines each one to make sure it does not raise any red flags. Please keep in mind that information displayed on the website is provided by the seller or agent/broker, and we do not attest to the validity of the information they provide. After a deal is approved by our team, it is the seller’s/broker’s responsibility to reply to inquiries about the deal, maintain information that is up-to-date, and take down the listing when it is no longer active. Even though we follow up with sellers and brokers regularly to verify that information listed on the website is accurate and the deal is still available for sale, we rely on the seller/broker for those updates. We do not have partnerships with any sellers or brokers on our site as it is against our company policies.

New deals are added to MyHouseDeals daily. In fact, on average, 1,650 new deals are added nationwide each month. We simply provide the digital platform to facilitate the making of deals and to make sure our community is aware that these deals are available but we are not involved in the posting of individual deals. 

We would love to hear more about your approach when reaching out to brokers. We would be more than happy to discuss matters with you further so we can keep the conversation going. We also encourage you to flag any deals on the website that are no longer available as well as any brokers or sellers who are using the platform to pitch deals other than the ones posted so we can update and/or follow up with them accordingly.
