The list is so long its hard to find a place to start.  I was first made aware of this company in August of 2019 while working for a NON PROFIT orgainztion in NYC.  Originally they made contact looking to support an upcoming event and wanted to know pricing information so they could refer clients. Placement information was giving with the contact steps etc.  From there MUSICIZLIFE took it upon themselves to take promotional content from our NON PROFIT company, made new grapchis stating it was their event, started upselling placements, not sending the money for placements or letting us know they took money from people for our event.

We ONLY came light of this situation as a indie artist reached out to find out more information regarding what time they should arrive etc. From there we asked who they paid, asked for screenshots, etc.  We then called the company directly with myself, the owner of the company and the person who was scammed.  Qickly the conversation escaled when asked about the slot and money. The husband/wife duo then went on to say that they had not upsold slots and were going to send the money right away. Slot was $200 the were upselling $300-$500 and tryng to give us $100 and keep the rest. We charged a flat rate and no partners were allowed to make money from the NON PROFIT. US INCLUDED. They told us they had a personal relationship with the artist and then we let her join the call - they were unawre she was listening the whole time. They were supposedly relatives of the artist. She quickly rebuttled them station she didn't KNOW THEM AT ALL. After we publicly posted regarding the event and then started sercing for additional victims. Once the word was out we were directly reached out to by Hip Hop Weekly as they were approced by MUSICIZLIFE for a CASH SPONSORSHIP.

We spoke with the owner and he sent over all documents. We were also contacted by a cell carrier and notificed they had given them $2K for the event. They then told us they had booked celebirties for our event ( we had our own PR and Personally booked all celebs WE WANTED). We reached out to the celebs directly to confirm and they all ALSO rebuttled their statements. We had multple artist show up to our event to perform who paid MUSICIZLIFE and they kept all the money for it.

After the event the company went on to more events, celebs, radio, djs, etc for scams. Apparently thats all they know. What we have establihshed at some major names have worked with their company is that the moeny they scam from the low hanging fruit they then use to PAY MAJOR CELEBS & COMPANIES to BACK THEIR BRAND. These companies and celebs are unaware of their bad business and they are getting paid for the "DROP" so they dont care.

They used DJ BIG MIKE brand and events to also take money from CT. They were very unhappy and sent a cease and desist. Another week or 2 later (October, they started promoting fake events for A3C. We had a PR reach out to us and they knew we had a bad experience and one of their clients was battling the in ATL to take everything down. After that come 2020 with 100s of events last year and before pandemic they were using SXSW direct information (AFTER SUBMISSIONS WERE CLOSED" TO BE APART OF THE OFFICIAL EVENT. SXSW legal department is currently going after them for this.

Fast forward to now they are still promotion fake partnerships with major brands (all major hip hop editorial sites), fake services, and now upcoming label meetings and interviews.
