Mr. Suleman of 3Pro Surgical agreed to sell me 500 cuticle nippers and 500 cuticle pushers, engraved with our brand name and packaged according to our specifications using a design we provided based on the size of the items.  The seller sent  about 8 samples of various kinds of nippers and we selected a large, 11.5 cm version with a spring action cross-arm. It was made 100 percent clear that two features were extremely important: 1 Size and 2 Spring arm cross bar.

In the end, this seller made a decision to send us smaller nippers than we ordered.  The nippers shipped are closer to 9.5 cm, are cheaper, and are not large enough to even match the packaging design or the specification and description provided for this product. Upon receipt, the seller indicated that no mold existed for the size we evaluated, approved, and ordered. This meant that he always intended to charge us for the 11.5 cm nippers and to ship the 9.5 cm nippers. The bait and switch fix was in throughout the process, we just didn't realize.

In addition, the plastic sleeve provided, which we funded, were substandard and about 75 percent of the plastic pouches were marred. It seems to use that perhaps they were older and were being reused for our order. Whatever the reasons, we will not have to pay to order new pouches and have them repacked.

The entire experience was populated with deep reassurances from the seller and pleas for long term business dealings. Frankly, the deception was upheld right the way through to telling me that no mold ever existed and that I should not only be satisfied, but should work with them in the future. I suggest you not do that. Learn from our example and be wary of this seller. The tool and dye work is pretty good, but I'm sure you can find a more ethical, transparent seller with whom to collaborate.

Bottom line. They intentionally sent the wrong merchandise, lesser merchandise, but got paid in full.
