M&T Bank M&T Bank Mortgage Refused Mortgage Payments-Forced Foreclosure Buffalo New york
M&T is a horrible company that ruins peoples lives. They ruined ours by not accepting our full mortgage payment. We will never stop letting the world know how evil thir actions were. I still cannot believe it. Went to pay my mortgage and they would not accept the payment. They then locked us into a foreclosure by doing that. It was just evil. The end result was i lost alot and became very sad that people would do this, no longer trust people.

The reason the mortgage company would not accept your payment is that your house had already been "locked" into foreclosure (using your words) and the house was ready to be put up for auction.
Even if you had walked in with cash to pay the full amount, it would not have mattered. Once the house is foreclosed - that's it. There's nothing evil about it. There is a process and they followed it.

So according to your narrative, just out of the blue this bank stopped accepting your full mortage payment to force you into a foreclosure...ummm.
Were you making payments on-time?
Are you under some sort of modification?
What are you NOT telling us?
