MR. PAWN Bullhead City I suffered from the Covid-19 Virus for nearly a month and survived to find out that they sold my firearm I had on loan and was a few days late as I was extremely ill and near death and I did not call them. I lost over $900.00 because of a shady owner. Bullhead City Arizona
Our country is suffering from a extremely terrible Pandemic, and I was almost one of those to loose my battle of Covid-19 by the graces of the man upstairs I am still here to let Jarrod the owner know how disappointing of a human being he is. I was in Utah and was infected by the Covid-19 on May 08 2020 I was very sick with a temperature of 104 degrees unable to lift my head and ultimately quarantined. I had just got home to Bullhead City on May 25th and found that my pawn was due and it became due when I was in Utah extremely sick. I went to the store right away and explained everything to them. And this is what Micayla the manager said to me sorry we sold your Gun.
She said they called me on a number that I have not had in over a year but I did the original pawn in January 2020 and I know I gave my new number but I seen it was not on my paperwork they gave me I even renewed the loan in March 2020 and gave my information again. I told them that this was wrong and that in my condition I was at a total disadvantage and they could not give a hoot. Can not wait to see Jarrods lame response to this he going to state policy and not human compassion, its very simple they stole $1250.00 firearm from me within 7 days of being late and I had no control over the Covid-19 pandemic or my illness from it. And I was told I should have called ya how was I going to do that.
Get ready to be sued Jarrod I am not going to let this go buddy. The Colorado River Cities will know how you operate your business. And I a military veteran and a business owner also in Bullhead City for over 30 years I will let everyone of my customers on file know all about your company my website alone has over a 1/4 million hits a right up about your company will be on there soon.
