Mountain Park Health Center Tempe Clinic Lied to me i was on Medicare Medixaid to treat me, then lied said u wasnt and sent me to a collection agency for $590 Tempe Arizona
They told me i was cleared for medicare payment and said i was checkedvout on the plan so i went in to do tests for my back static nerve pain. They sid nothing to my back. Just ran tests that did not apoly, ignored my back issue ran up the bill with no needed treatments.
Scam artists as doctors. Then said i was not covered by medicare sent me a bill for 450 dollars and turned me over to a collection agency RSI in Phoenix to collect almost $500. Scam artiats as doctors. Dr Stanghold idiots.

You did not make any sense. I will take thos to Medicare Medicaid, the BBB, Medical Licensing, States Attorney office toll you get your license puller. I am the victim here by the front desk telling me I was covered by Medicaid, Medicare bu your front desk which I was not. Anything yo fleece my wallet to treat a sciatic nerve which you never did. Malpractice.
I came in with excritiatong pain screaming then was told after you ran every test and ran up the bill that I WAS NOT COVERED BY MEDICAID MEDICARE by YOUR FroNT LINE drones said I was. Scammers. All the money, all the education and a 2 bit clerk lies about I am ok and covered lied, with the coverage. I let my accusation stand this is posted for all to read in Tempe. Your whining my credit you bi*ch.

Your report makes no sense! Medicare only covers 80% if you would have read the terms of your policy you would know that. As for they are scammers comment how are they scammers?? They acted in good faith and if Medicare denied the claim then you are liable for the money owed because the DID perform what you asked them to do.
If you had MEDICAID you should have asked if they even took MEDICAID because they too can deny a claim. Take these issues up with Medicare and Medicaid! And KNOW I do not have one iota of claim to these individuals ie: I do not know them nor do I work for them.
