MORTY ONLINE STORE SERESTO ONLINE STORE LOVE PET COLLAR @OUTLOOK.COM COUNTERFEIT SERESTO FLEA COLLARS MONTGOMERY TEXAS
I ordered 3 Flea Collars from LOVE PET COLLAR, listing their address as TEXAS.
I did try to call the phone number because their page said FREE SHIPPING and FREE RETURNS. I paid $9.99 for shipping because I was anxious to get these to a Senior friend. I payed with PayPal and got an email that said the seller was HUANG LIXIAN and it was shipping China Post EMS. I got suspicious and searched Mortys Online Store and the RIP OFF REPORT popped up!!!!
I immediately emailed and cancelled the order and asked if they were Authentic. I heard nothing back so I contacted PAYPAL to register my complaint.
In the meantime I have received emails back from China wanting to negotiate partial refund, suggestions that I keep the collars and SELL them cheap to others!!!!! All in broken English. I have emailed that a FULL REFUND is required!!!!!
The Store page has a long FREE SHIPPING AND FREE RETURN policy. He said It will cost me a lot to send it back so I should sell them. I repeatedly told him I DO NOT HAVE THEM! I am going to pursue this till my money is refunded.
Wish I had checked Rip Off Report first!
