Several weeks after placing an order without any change to my order status, I looked around online to find out more about the company (lesson learned there, look FIRST). I stumbled across their Facebook page and found it flooded with complaints of shipping times pushing into several months, and complaint after complaint abount incorrect and incomplete orders.
I then tried to contact them about my order, since my purchased items all were listed as "in stock" at the time of purchase, I could not get ahold of them. I then requested a refund, only to be told that I would be charged a 20% "restocking fee." They never filled my order, so certainly a $120 fee shouldn't be applied for them doing absolutely nothing.
The internet seems to be filled with other such claims about this company. I really should have looked them up before sending them money.
