In late July my cars ECM started to fail, after a bit of internet research i picked "moduleexperts" as they seemed just as credible as any other place i could find and they respoded to a question i had about the service quickly.  I sent in my ECM after agreeing to pay 149.99 plus tax for the service and they assured me that this works most of the time.  I was charged over the phone then emailed my reciept and told to send my ECM in as it would normally be a 3-5 day repair and they would let me know the tracking number.

After a few days i recieve this email from them"

Diagnostics are completed on the Fusion module, and this unit is beyond repair due to the issue being traced to the main processor (computer chip). The chip is not able to be replaced on this module, as it is made into the circuit board assembly, so you would need to replace the unit to correct the issue. There is nothing that can be done to save this unit. It must be replaced.

We can provide a remanufactured replacement, fully clone programmed to the KEYS, VIN, security, mileage, and vehicle options, plug and play ready to go and with a lifetime warranty, at $699.00 (minus the repair cost), so we would need an additional $549. This would take a couple of business days, and it will come fully clone-programmed plug and play. No dealer required. Just install it.

I respoded on 08/28/2021 and paid on 08/30/2021

I started reaching out to them without respose 2 weeks later, and on 09/20/2021 i recieved my ECM back and was super excited. The person at Moduleexperts told me i would just need to "install it" so i did, i put everything back hooked up the battery and turned my key.... nothing happenned.

Now i'm here on this page after another week of 0 contact with them.

I've filled out tech requests on their page, emailed the person who contacted me about payment, did a review for them on their web page and still nothing.

I submitted to my card company over this and would not recommend this company.
