The scratcher ticket distributor clearly favors St Louis for the big ticket winners. 90 percent of all 1 million or more prizes are won in the St Louis area. Kansas City only sees 100,000 dollar prizes at most. This can only be acheived by the lottery ticket distributor, they are aware of which batch of tickets contain the big prizes. Sure they cant pinpoint which ticket is the winner, but they know its in there somewhere. fact.
They make all this info available on their website in the newsroom. There is also a map of winners for each month, and it clearly shows all the winning tickets in St Louis out number any city in MO every month. And its not because St louis buys more tickets is the reason they win so much, its because the winning tickets are placed in St Louis. Each game has an average of 6 million tickets printed, out of those 6 million are 4209201 losing tickets, at 20 dollars a tickets they make 84,184,020 dollars.
Molottery makes 20 million free and clear leaving 64 million for prizes, 48 million will be won by St Louis and the rest of the state gets the rest. Now this is totally unfair, and the sad part is that its controlled by the rotten people who distribute the tickets. This needs to change. its been going on for a long time. Make our lottery fair.
