On June 8, 2021, I purchased a soniclear petite for $126.65. Approximately a day later, I received an email that my purchase was on the way. After eight days I had not the received the item and the tracking number they provided only showed 'awaiting item' with no other updates, because of this, I reached out to their customer service.
Melissa P. responded by email, her response was that the item must have gotten lost and was sending a new one. Another four days later, I receive my purchase and the brush doesn't even spin, which was so disappointing especially after paying so much. I then reachout to customer service again and advised Melissa P. that I will be returning my purchase.
Now today July 1, 2021, (it has practically taken almost a whole month to resolve this) I was emailed that they received the item back but they were NOT providing a refund because I had NOT returned the lost package - the one THEY LOST!! Melissa P. claims that they were both delivered and that there is nothing that they can do, her suggestion was to make a police report. I paid for one, received one and RETURNED ONE, therefore, I should receive my refund, especially because it was within their 30 day guarantee. Because Melissa recommended making a report, I will be making several one here, then BBB, FTC, YELP, pissed consumer and anywhere else that I can make people aware of their horrible customer service and treatment of their customers.
