Michael Hepworth Nordic Gold, Inc. Reports of gold deposits is a fraud Vancouver BC
I am a former close associate of Michael Hepworth and now cooperating with the law enforcement authorities in both Canada and in the U.S. about fraudlent reports of gold deposits as reported by the company he is associated with called Nordic Gold, Inc.
I am also cooperating with the securities regulators in all the exchanges where this company is listed. When I learned of these fraudlent reports to increase the valuation of Nordic Gold so that Mike Hepworth could sell his share secretly I stopped associating with him and alerted the authorities since I could be implicated in a huge fraud like Bre-X Minerals scam.
I cannot be apart of defrauding all the small investors who have put their hard earned savings in Nordic Gold only to have it worth nothing when this fraud is revealed. I have also been informed that Mr. Hepworth is planning to cash out of all his holdings and moving his family to a country where he cannot be prosecuted.

Body: I went to Iraq and risked my life on the behalf of these four individuals, I spent all the money I had and even forgoed body guards and other security measures to seek oil and gas fields on behalf of these people.
When they felt the costs were too high they wanted out since they do not understand the oil business, I told them I will repay them even though I was not obligated but they demanded all the money otherwide they would invent stories and smear me on the interenet.

These individuals have no shame and will invent false things and put them on the internet unless you pay them extortion fees.

I believe this company is another Bre-X where all of the data from the mining operations are false and fabricated. I know Basil Botha and Mike Hepworth quite well and know about their mining operations and the history of these individuals and I feel the whole company is a complete scam. This is a typical "pump and dump" but this time all of the data reported on these mining projects is totally false and it is the intent of these individuals to sell all their stock reporting fraudulent data on the project and leaving the country to avoid criminal prosecution.
These people personally have personally injured me by being part of an extortion enterprise where they post false information on the internet about you unless you pay them. I have investigated the mining claims they have made and know all the parties associated with this company and all investors need to be warned of their criminal behavior.
Basil Botha and Mike Hepworth wanted for fraud. In addition to my belief that Basil reports false data on his mining claims to increase the price of teh stock then sell his shares and leave town he has been doing fraudlent activities which will put both of them and their investors in great diffuculty soon. I have first hand knowledge of his activities and I would warn anyone who can to part company with him and his business endeavors.

This report says more about the writer than it does about me. For someone that says he is a former close associate, he shows very little knowledge of me or my business. The fact that he chooses to be anonymous immediately tells the reader that he knows this report is slanderous. If it were the truth he would have nothing to fear.
It is clearly all made up nonsense from an internet troll. I suspect that this report is authored by Wil Divine, a known fraudster, who we sued for taking money from us in 2012 and never delivering anything, nor any proof that he had done any of the work were billed and paid for.
He has been attacking us on line ever since. He was previously known as William Warren Perrine but changed his name to Wil Divine. That should tell you enough about him. Why change your name unless you are trying to hide something. There is a lot about him on the internet if you care to research both of his names.
All of his claims in this report are complete nonsense. All of the gold deposits in Nordic Gold are low grade and it is a relatively small deposit. If one was going to commit fraud, one would embellish and build up what is there. This is the opposite of what has happened.
We downgraded the resource when we acquired it. Moreover our current share price is well below the price paid for the shares. If one looks at insider reports one can see that not a single share has been sold by insiders. The comparison with Bre X is clearly made by someone with no knowledge of us nor of the industry.
Some close associate! Again, stating that I am moving my family to a country where I cannot be prosecuted is also nonsense. Anyone who knows me knows I do not have young kids. All of my family is independent and living their own lives. I am still in Canada, I travel outside continuously and come and go as I please. I returned to Canada only last week. If I was worried about prosecution, would I come back?
