Michael is a great salesman, a charmer. Takes your money for a pool remodel and the excuses start right away. He blames everyone but himself. He claims to have "guys" when he reality he has no one. His sub contractor Jason informed me that he doesn't pay his contractors so he can't find anyone to do the work.
This was confirmed by his paver guy, Paulo. Michael told my wife and I that he does the work and is on site every day. He didn't do anything to our pool. I don't think the guy knows how to do anything but lie and steal. It took 9 months for a pool remodel that should have taken 3 weeks tops. I had to get a pool company to build my pool cage and find my own guy to finish my deck.
He has opened other companies and closed them down after scamming people. He will only communicate via text or email so everything is in writing! I could write a book on him but I am tired of reliving the nightmare. Feel free to contact me if you would like additional information. He drives a black Hummer.
