MERCATO ON BYRON Beware of Landlord and developer Byron Bay
Beware of this development. The Landlord engages in misleading and deceptive conduct. Developed by Roberto Badalotti Checkout the Ripoff Reports on the group of developers involved in this project namely Wingate, James Vallis and Roberto Badalotti. Bad Karma associated with these people.
Do not lease or even consider dealing with Roberto Badalotti. Tenants are leaving and most of the tenants report losses. The centre is also being investigated by NSW Police for money laundering and drug deals taking place at the premises by related tenants. Potential Buyers beware of purchasing this dud of a development. The community is 100% against the project and the proposed neighbouring developement.
