on July 20, 2023 I placed a swimsuit order with meet curve online. I ordered 7 swimsuits. I followed their return policy online and contacted them via email as 5 of the 7 items did not fit. I wanted to return them. They said I could return them but they tried to get me to take store credit or a smaller refund amount while keeping the items. I refused and stated I wanted my full refund. They agreed and gave me their returned shipping address on 8.4.23 which is in Secaucus, NJ and their main office is in China. I paid for shipping, emailed them the UPS tracking number and they said they would refund me as soon as they received the items. I emailed them a few days later checking and they confirmed on 8.15.23 that they received my package and would refund me $153.44 within 3-15 business days. They did not so I emailed them more and have continued to do so up until today 12.5.23. All they say is that they will tell their finanace dept, Due to the strong orders in summer, the financial department needs to process every transaction fee including refund in order, we have contacted the finance department. Can you give us some time to give you feedback?, Please don't worry,we will follow up.We have tried to issue a refund for you again ,however, we noticed that the refund we applied for was returned in the refund system, resulting in a refund failure. We have reported it to the financial department to follow up on your refund. and In regards with the problem of as you just mentioned about refund , we will contact our team and check and give you a best solution please. These are some examples and they don't stop. Only stall tactics, excuses, and no issues. After reading the BBB I see a lot of other same issues too.  Meet curve also sent this email to me "Hello ,

If the arbitration results in the cardholder losing the case, all costs incurred in the process will be borne by the cardholder. The bank will also leave a blemish on the cardholder's credit history, which will have a lifelong impact on the cardholder's ability to get a loan, buy a house, buy a car, get a medical treatment, get a job, and so on. Regarding the time it takes for the bank to process a denial, it usually takes 60-120 days or even longer.
Please understand that this is not a threat to you, just a reminder to enforce this right.

I did file with my bank, but unfortantly it's passed their time to do a dispute charge. All I want is my refund back and now I am putting so much time into this trying to get it still as of 12.5.23 and to make sure they are accountable for holding up their stated return/exhcange policy that they have posted, in which they are not doing and keeping all money from returns.
