Mark Nayfeld and his wife Tatiana Nayfeld are criminals.

Mark Nayfeld & Tatiana Nayfeld were at it again, on 09-24-23, when they were caught, creeping around a Chatsworth, California neighborhood (The very SAME neighborhood they currently live in, at two one seven seven zero Los Alimos in Chatsworth, California), attempting to pull up their old, dusty Mercedes Benz stationwagon, to kidnap a young boy of the neighbor's. 

Some people who were walking by happened to catch this creepy criminal couple, Mark Nayfeld & Tatiana Nayfeld, trying to kidnap and rape a small hepless boy.

Mark Nayfeld & Tatiana Naydeld are serial rapists, child predators, molesters. Mark Nayfeld & his mentally unstable wife, Tatiana Nayfeld are also repulsive slumlord landlords who scam, steal from, rip off their tenants. Mark Nayfeld is filthy old (EXTREMELY OLD) "man" who ILLEGALY PLANTS HIDDEN CAMERAS, VICEOS EQUIPMENT, LISTENING DEVICES AND OTHER HIGHLY ILLEGAL MONITORING EQUIPMENT IN THE RENTAL HOUSES OF HIS TENANTS, SO HE CAN WATCH AND LISTEN TO THEM ON THE TOILET, IN THE SHOWER, IN THE BEDROOMS, AND IN ALL OTHER AREAS. Then afetr he has been confronted about his illegal activities and crimes, he suddenly turns against his tenants (VICTIMS) and engages in the worst types of stalking, harassment, abuse, and other heinous behaviour against them. He also begins a terror campaign against them, in which he constatly stalks, follows, accosts, attacks, threatens them (While going to his neighbors and telling them lies that his tenants are "sick," 'crazy," etc. to discredit the very people that he and his wife are terrorizing.

Mark Nayfeld is an absolutely repulsive, creepy, and insistent stalker.

MARK NAYFELD IS A q***r DISGUSTING CRIMINAL WHO GETS OFF ON THE PHOTOS, VIDOES, AND PERSONAL ACTIVITIES WITH SMALL, HELPLESS BOYS. HIS WIFE TATIANA NAYFELD GOES ALONG WITH AND EVEN ACTIVELY HELPS RECRUIT THE LITTLE BOYS, TENANTS, AND OTHER VICTIMS FOR HIM TO PREY ON.

THESE SO-CALLED PEOPLE (CRIMINALS) ARE TOXIC, MALIGNANT NARCISSISTS AND PSYCHOPATHS WHO TAKE UNMITIGATED JOY IN VICTIMIZING CHILDREN, WOMEN, TENANTS, AND ANYONE ELSE THAT THEY CAN GANG UP ON AND BULLY. THEY ARE COWARDS WHO CAN ONLY PREY ON THOSE THAT THEY DEEM WEAK.

Mark Nayfeld is an obsessive stalker--The type of stalker who stops at nothing. Police, the laws, boundaries, nothing stops him from taking his pleasure on his victims. He is a haggard, saggy, creepy old guy who cannot and will not stop at anything to follow, watch, stalk, accost, terrorize, cause harm to people.
