Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Bait and Switch credit card fraud.  They immediately email you after you purchase online telling you they are out of the <$5/doz pairs gloves you just purchased with your card, but they have another kind that's just as good and close to the same price.  After you agree they multiply the price/doz you agreed on (by around 7 in my case) and tell you the  $35.xx/doz is what you agreed on..LOL You can take screen shots of your original order and send it to them and argue why would you agree to $35/doz from a similiar glove when your order was for $4.98/doz in the screen shots...THEY DON'T CARE..Do you have a screen shot of the other glove you agreed to? No, the substitute glove was all done over the phone or emails, not thru their online purchasing system. My grandfather used to order from them and they used to be honest and good, but not today..They have too many Chi-Town fraudsters working there now colluding with each other to turn your orders into donations!

Non-cancelable and non-returnable

Click on ANY items on their website...Go to their website and look right below their "Add to Cart" button.."This item is non-cancellable and non-returnable"  They show and tell that to Visa when you fight for your refund.  I have an email from another employee promising they can help me with my refund, but they need me to send them my credit card number and security code! As if their online system can't give refunds unless you email your security code and card number to one of their employees! They have many employees involved with their fraud rings there.  They have no fraud system in place to keep their ChicagoLand employees from doing this.  They even delete your account and give you a new account number with updated outrageous prices to try and justify that your thousands of dollars order in your cart is for a fraction of the dozen gloves you are buying for your business.  I've bought from Cordova, Top Glove, many other places..Magid is fradulent on many levels. If anyone buys from them without taking screen shots of the orders before purchasing, your thousands of dollars purchases are turned into donations and higher commisions to their employees for selling you $35/doz instead of the $5/doz you ordered on hundreds of dozen gloves.  Just expect to have to send alot of proof to Visa to fight Magid and without proof..Bless you for your generous involuntary donations to Magid.

They have a zillion different kinds of gloves on their website, at all sorts of different prices.  Sounds like perhaps the person who was helping you screwed up, but I don't see any evidence that they did this to screw you over.  Stuff that's a good deal tends to sell out faster than stuff that's not a good deal, so it's entirely possible they really were sold out.  The best way to avoid this is to confirm the SKU, description, and price with the sales person on the phone.  Better yet, just have them cancel the order and place a new one yourself.

Besides, they have a return policy.  Why didn't you just return the gloves you didn't want?
