Made Pure Skin Cream They increased the shipping/handling costs after my order submitted. Los Angeles California
I ordered a trial of two of their products and when I submitted the order it reflected shipping and handling of $9.98 ($4.99 each) but when my order confirmation email arrived the charges had been increased to nearly $14 and there was no explanation.
I called to cancel the order and was told it had already been processed, therefore it would ship and I would be charged the amount reflected in the confirmation but that no future orders would be shipped. When I stated that I found their practice of increasing costs without informing the customer to be unethical, the agent hung up on me. She was also rude thru the entire call.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the State's Attorney General for their unethical practices.
