Lyft charged me $57 for what should have been a $20 ride. Been riding with Lyft for years. When there is a dispute you can't talk to anyone. Did reach someone on a line for issues with service animals who told me Lyft does not have a phone line for customer service.
So they get to ripoff people and there is practically no recourse since the Attorney General's won't go after them for small amounts.

mail copies of your Ripoff Report to all of your Local TV News Stations and put it to the attention of “Investigative Reporter”. Maybe someone will contact you and do a story on TV.
