Lucid Software Lucid Charts Scammed to a year subscription. South Jordan Utah

Scammed for an online subscription . Their subscription package are very misleading , I assumed that I was subscribing for a monthly basis , but they charged with an over a year subscription worth 95$. They offered a refund , by cancelling the one year subscription and returning the money , but my money never returned.
