Lithium Energy Products Inc Basil Botha Fraudulent Gold and Lithium Claims
I am a former close associate of Basil Botha and Michael Hepworth and now cooperating with the law enforcement authorities in both Canada and in the U.S. about fraudulent reports of gold deposits as reported by the company he is associated with called Nordic Gold, Inc. and Lithium Energy Products, Inc
I am also cooperating with the securities regulators in all the exchanges where this company is listed. When I learned of these fraudulent reports to increase the valuation of Nordic Gold and Lithium Energy Products so that Mike Hepworth and Basil Botha can sell their shares secretly I stopped associating with them and alerted the authorities since I could be implicated in a huge fraud like Bre-X Minerals scam.
I cannot be apart of defrauding all the small investors who have put their hard earned savings in Nordic Gold and Lithium Energy Products only to have it worth nothing when this fraud is revealed. I have also been informed that Mr. Hepworth and Mr. Botha is planning to cash out of all their holdings and moving their family to a country where he cannot be prosecuted.

Wil Devine otherwise known as William Warren Perrine changed his name after certain groups were after him for patent infringement and then went and hid in a monastery for eight years before resurfacing and then starting his scams all over again.
Wil Devine or William Warren Perrine was never a close associate of ours and actually scammed us out of $77,000 on a so-called mission to Iraq to secure oil assets, which never came about. In fact, he was soliciting many other companies at the same time as dealing with our group, which I discovered via a friend of mine in Calgary who received the same solicitation as we had.
What Wil Devine otherwise known as William Warren Perrine is saying about us is slanderous and untrue to its fullest extent.
In fact, Wil Devine otherwise known as William Warren Perrine was actually investigated by the FBI and has no license with the regulators either in Canada or the USA.
Wil Devine otherwise known as William Warren Perrine also stalks young women on the internet and I have in fact been contacted by one of them living in Victoria, BC requesting information on Wil Devine otherwise known as William Warren Perrine.
