Her name is Lisa Barill/Hurst and she lures people in with promises of a nice clean house the first 24 hours. I lived their over 6 months and unfortunately I couldn’t afford much more but I didn’t want to live in my car and be homeless. For a few days the prices are better than a hotel or motel but after a while it gets old really old.
She overcharges and doesn’t even clean up after herself has an illegal video camera she uses to spy on her tenants which she says you’re guests. I had guests over and I didn’t make them pay. She also steals small things and because she has multiple houses she’ll take it to one of her other houses without you knowing and then just say I didn’t see it. She doesn’t sound bad but believe me she is.
Oh and I dare her to call me a liar on this fact; she illegally subletted a house for 2 YEARS on air bnb and they let her do it. Be careful of her daughter marissa too. She has 18 people in one house I believe a 4 bedroom. I was in a room for 5 people that was very small for that amount. She also stole my mail and threw it away out of anger. She shouldn’t have a license to use air bnb she doesn’t deserve it. SLUMLORD! Stay far away I will put up pictures when I can.
