Lilicloth Product never sent to correct address, no credit or refund. Ordered in May 2021 San Francisco California
Dispute has been going on for 7 months. Small order of less than $ 40. They claim wrong address which is not true. I receive mail and packages from many companies with no problem. Claim the order was addressed to the Congo.
Just yesterday offered 30% credit which I will not accept. It's not the money, it's the principle.
They have many complaints against them. Basically scammers with vendor products from Turkey, China etc.
They should be shut down for fraud against it's consumers !
Less than 5 stars if possible.
