Lavalife needs to go back to the billing system they had in place from 2003-2007 when there were 100 times as many people on here. I don't remember seeing a single scammer on here back then. Anyone who wants more people on here, lower prices and fewer scammers can mail the following letter to the company President.
He never got back to me so I got the impression he doesn't care about his customers. Maybe he needs more letters from others to wake up out of his sleep.

There are no longer enough people on your website for me to find a date in my area. Please increase the number of women on your website to 2007 levels by returning to your pre-2007 credit based per contact billing system.
Please also make your database searchable by astrological sign again. Please accept cheques again. Please get rid of all the test profiles and bring back the same scam and profile detection and removal systems you had from 2003-2007.

There are more scammers than real people on this website. This company couldn't care less about its customers.
They won't accept cheques or cash as payment for their memberships anymore even though their competitors will. Their customer service reps Charlene, Rachel and Ryan are absolutely awful and will never put you in touch with a manager. There doesn't seem to be anyone working there other than these three. They'll lie and tell you you'll get a call back from a manager but you never will.
Call them at (416) 778-5566 or 1.866.371.8906 and tell them what you think about their awful behaviour.
Tell everyone you know to boycott Lavalife until they accept cheques and cash again and until all their staff members have been fired. In this economy it's not hard to drive such lousy companies out of business.
