This entity terminated me following my inquiry to HR regarding the discrimation and overall corruption in practice. There is bias, favoritism, prejudice and unfair treatment of select staff members. All rules, regulations and/or protocols do not apply to all employees. Friends and family are often hired by this entity where the referring party is paid a finders monetary bonus, directly supervised the friend/family member referred (having impact on salary offered, providing preferential treatment, and ignoring ethics of business practice). Clinical Supervisor Ann Marie Martin referred her long term friend Lorna Palmer Brooks to the company for the role of Nurse Care Manager, directly supervised her, played a role in her salary determination and completes many of the nurses job duties as she unfortunately is not proficient with a computer and fails to meet performance metrics of the job. Executive Director Zach King referred his long time friend and former co worker while working in dialysis, likely received referral bonus and as the Executive Director plays a key role in the employees supervision despite Ann Marie Martin recently being placed back in the role of Clinical Supervisor (as of November 9, 2019 after stepping down stating she missed the interactions with patients so she decided to relinquish the role she was hired in as and work as a Nurse Care Manager). Ann Marie Martin was Clinical Supervisor at hire and during this time advised nursing staff to delete documentation from several patient’s medical record. She as reported to Quality Auditor Natalie West of the Cincinnati, Ohio Landmark Health Office and the medical records remain reflective of her attempts to order nursing personnel to document in the record, then subsequently ask the employee to delete the information. Zach King as well as Ann Marie Martin have demonstrated bias and unfair treatment within the office. Certain nurses are allotted benefits not available to alternate nurses and provided their own set of rules/regulations. Concern for working from home on October 23, 2019 due to an unforeseen back injury. Zach King via care coordinated Katie Hoyng-Arms provided the call in number for the employee to participate in the IDT meeting, Zach King acknowledged employee as being present on the open call and the employee participated in the meeting under the impression the request to work from home was approved. Later, after being in the meeting for three hours, the employee received an email from Andrew Krause stating the request to work from home was denied. Following the incident, an inquiry was sent to HR inquirying on the policy/protocol for work from home request as many other nurses had been provided the opportunity for reasons inclusive of, not limited to: utility or plumbing emergencies, personal or family member medical issues, or simply because the employee does not feel like coming back to office following a dental appointment (action completed by Joy Drake Nurse Care manager following a dental appointment). In reaching out tho HR I informed them of the routine discrimination that has been experienced in the office as well as recognition of bias, equity discrepancies and deliberate poor business practices. Instead of reaching out to me as the employee to discuss a meeting was scheduled among Pam Nelson, Andrew Krause, and Mike Madigan to not discuss the email inquiry sent to HR but as I later found was to accuse me of absenteeism and that being the cause for the denial of my work from home request. Pam Nelson and Andrew Krause presenters to the Hilliard Ohio office (each works in the Cincinnati Ohio office normally). Pam Nelson came to the pod witnessed by Katie Hoyng-Arms to state a 11:30am meeting to address my concerns in the email sent to HR would take place. Once in the meeting, I was yelled at and attacked. Pam Nelson became hostile and irate. She was extremely intimidating while pointing her finger and backing me into a corner. Andrew Krause was sitting in the office and Mike Madigan was on the speaker phone, neither one acted to mediate or moderate the situation. I feared I would be physically attacked during this meeting. Pam Nelson stated I was being watched for my absenteeism. I had no clue what she was referring to. All absences from work had been approved and no unexcused absences existed. The false allegations of absenteeism was a defensive strategy of Pam Nelson following her notice that he wrongdoings of Landmark Health Ohio Market had been exposed to HR. I asked for documentation of any unapproved absences or notices of consent for absenteeism and none was provided as none exist. I have a glowing performance review, I meet performance measures, and was recently paid a bonus over $1300 for my efforts. I have no corrective actions and yet I was terminated 11/15/2018 via email notification following a 1 Day Administrative Leave day 11/14/2019. The actions of the leadership at Landmark Health in Hillard Ohio and Cincinnati Ohio require public awareness and intervention as the poor behaviors towards other employees will continue. The environment is toxic and continual unfairness is ongoing. The leadership staff get together tonplot and strategize against any employee that does not tolerate the outrageous acts and allows each to intentionally inflict harm on those employees that advocate for an ethical approach to business practices. There are other employees that have been terminated or quit due to the discrimination and abuse of the Ohio Market in which partners with Humana Medicare to provide in home medical provider services. I asked for a non biased party to be present or opportunity to record during an attempt to schedule a 2nd meeting related to the bogus allegations of absenteeism and was denied by Jeff Oliver in HR. Landmark Health employee Pam Nelson attempted to intimidate and bully me to the point I felt threatened in the October 29, 2019 meeting and no Landmark employee helped or intervened so was she going to physically attack me in this 2nd meeting that had cause for scheduling in the first place? Why is Pam Nelson, Andrew Krause, Mike Madigan attempting to schedule meetings to discuss absenteeism when there is no issue of absenteeism and each could never substantiate a cause for the meeting or provide any evidence of unexecused or unapproved leave. These people counted approved bereavement leave as a “incident” of absence, what horrible individuals in leadership. It is a shame as Landmark Health as a corporation has a great mission and values, it is the staff in place creating hostile work environments, discriminating, bullying and attempting to coerce employees that speak out to bow down to their wrong doings. I feared for my safety if I could not have a non bias party in the 2nd meeting to discuss absences and asked to have a witness or record. I was told representatives and attorneys were not authorized and recordings were not permitted. These named here in leadership are corrupt and are not looking to provide impartial treatment or due process when they make even false accusations about employees. Each obviously has something to hide. There is a former employee willing to provide accounting of her experiences as well.
