Complaint Review: Kucoin - Singapore Singapore

I just got banned from Kucoin on reddit because I exposed them they are 100% fraud. They are ones sending out push notification fake sites to steal customers info then the customer goes to try to verify hes the owner of the account and they wont give him access. I provided them with ID, dynamic code holding the document and pictures showing address from my other exchange depositing into kucoin.

I have access to my google authenticator, my original email i signed up with, original phone and still wont give me access. the last email i got from them they are asking me to make a video with statement that i agree to remove the google authenticator! They are literally asking me to remove the security so they can just take it all.

With in minutes, the hacker sold all my coins and put them in 1 coin, but fortunately he could not withdrawal since he needs another authentication code from my google 2f authenticator of which he had no access to.

I immediately changed the following, my trading password, my kucoin.com login password, i added all the security i can on kucoin.com including Freezing my account for 24 hours. I emailed kucoin.com they replied that i should only login from Kucoin.com.

The hacker was not able to withdrawal the funds of around $15k because i caught it early with in minutes as described above.

Now my problem comes in when I tried to Unfreeze my account. I login request to increase my account. then Kucoin asks me for my ID front and back plus me holding the ID with dynamic code date and signature of which I did.

The next day they said declined and that i need to provide the following :

1. Please provide a photograph with an identity document and a note marked with the 6-Digit dynamic code(Which you can find from the upload page: https://www.kucoin.com/forms/verify?lang=en_US), 'Today's Date' and 'Signature' hold by hand and ensure the identity information and your face are clear and recognizable.

2. The deposit or withdrawal history screenshot. It shall show us URL, sending/recipient address and TXID/transaction hash and they shall not be the blockchain explorer screenshot which is invalid to verify your identity as it is public for everyone. For example, I deposited BTC to KuCoin from A platform, then I need to log into A platform and locate the transaction under withdrawal history and take a screenshot. If I sent it from a personal wallet address, then a screenshot of my personal wallet address would also be acceptable.

...So I go ahead and provide the ID once again, and provided deposit screenshot from my other exchange. again they declined it but this time they wanted the following:

You deposited ********************to KuCoin. Please take a video to show us that you can login to A platform and find this withdrawl history. It shall show us URL, sending/recipient address and TXID/transaction hash and they shall not be the blockchain explorer which is invalid to verify your identity as it is public for everyone.

You are obliged to provide a video footage by holding your ID and paper note with “Today's Date/6-Digit dynamic code/Your name/Unbind Google 2FA” and repeat the following statement “I hereby voluntarily apply for this account to unbind Google two steps verification at KuCoin, and I am willing to take all the corresponding legal responsibilities.” You could upload it to https://www.kucoin.com/forms/verify?lang=en_US

So Now Kucoin wants me to make a video stating that I voluntarily apply to REMOVE the Google 2FA. Which is complete joke as I have access to my Google 2FA, what seems to me is they want me to remove the google authenticator so they can steal my funds why else would they want me to make such statement. I have access to my phone that was registered with them from day one along email and google authenticator and the name matches on my ID.

i tried contact the CEO Johnny Lyu , no responce.
