Kris Holla of Nortek, Inc and Venna Holla Complete misrepresentation of a home for sale in Cabo San Lucas Pleasanton California

Kris posted a home he wanted to sell in Cabo San Lucas on Craigslist. He posted 4 small pictures online, one in front of the home and 3 smaller images inside the unit. It said nothing about being a condo but a "home", indicating it was a free standing home, not a connected condo to another property.
In addition, he presented HOA documents which said nothing about the inability to rent the home/condo for any short term rental.
After I paid to travel to Cabo San Lucas to see/inspect the property, I found the property was in extremely poor condition. Plumbing was leaking. Electrical was in poor condition, acutally dangerous yet it was represented this property was ready to habitate. I later learned he had renters in this property and had left the property, leaving some of their personal belongings behind.
In addition, some of the air conditioning units were inoperable. I spent nearly $1,000.00 to fly down to Cabo San Lucas, paid for a hotel, meals, etc, only to see how poor condition this property was in.
When I asked for my $1,000.00 deposit to be returned to me, he refused to do so. He stated he had no idea but that I was "stuck" with the property, either pay him for the monthly fee or just let my deposit go.
As a VP of Nortek, Inc, an air conditioning company for large companies, I would have thought he would have done the right thing. He totally and completely misrepresented this property.
In addition, his wife, Venna, received the $1,000.00 via paypay and was notified via email about this, yet she refused to refund my deposit.
Clearly Kris and Venna Holla are at complete fault and by misrepresenting this property, should have refunded my deposit.
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH KRIS HOLLA, VENNA HOLLA OR NORTEK, INC!!!
