Kevin Larimer Kevin Lorimer Attempt to Lease to Own / History of Fraudulent Activity / Non-Pay / Now Looking for Property in MEXICO Phoenix Arizona
Kevin Larimer / Kevin Lorimer attempted to lease a property of ours in Mexico. He sent a proposal using a false name - Kevin Larimer, wanting to lease for 2 years to pay off the loan via balloon payments and interest through a Mexican corporation. He was pushy and eager...too eager...to sign and deposit money, so we got suspicious.
He gave us an address in Steamboat Springs which ended up being a parking lot. On further search, we found his real identity is Kevin Lorimer, with a long history of non-payments and fraud here on this site. He is using aliases to avoid searches on his real name and history. He has default judgements in Maricopa County, Arizona and Colorado, and owes other people money that has never been repaid.
We contacted the plantiffs on a few cases and found out that he has a history of leasing properties, making major unauthorized changes and then leaving the properties damaged, requiring major reconstruction and repairs (Scottsdale, Arizona and Kansas City, Kansas). We were lucky. We did our research, but wanted others to be aware and warned that he is looking for property in Mexico!
