The add offered a free trial with a small fee paying just for shipping, the Situation is that after noticing the irregular charges we were trying to contact the company without any luck, no receipt, not email confirmation, nothing to get a trace, this is a ghost company, always changing the name, location, and any information that could allow customers to make claims, they apply guerrilla marketing which mainly is getting business under false promises and tricks, they fill the web With hundred of websites and advertisements with false reviews or statements and keep them in first place through their “search engine optimization” practices in a way that make it impossible for customer to find the real reviews and information.
We contacted the credit card but not even they want to collaborate. Companies like Amazon and credit cards should be the first filter to keep scammers like this one out of business creating and promoting a healthy marketplace In which we as customers feel free to trade and buy with confident.
