I cancelled my order within the 14 days on 2/21. They still charged my card. I was told I would receive a refund of $88.46. It has been two weeks and no refund. Customer service claims my card has been declined when they refund.

My credit union states there have been no attempts to refund. This company does not respond to emails and I get the same story when I call. They just refuse to refund my money.
