Kathy Hicks refers all of her clients out to third parties. She is very beliveable on the phone and each time someone calls she says the right things to leed you to one of the attorneys or realtors she works with every day.
She receives a referal fee when the client pays the attorney or the realtor so watch out. Nothing she says is the truth. She is a con woman and you will most likely lose your house if you believe her. Watch yourself with this lady and her partner Michael baumhauf.. He is an extremely believable liar so watch it.
