Junkum.com [email protected] Junkum.com When searching for electronic keyboards I saw an offer for $76.95. I placed an order for that item. I discovered that the telephone number listed for contacts was not a working number. Also the E-mail provided was not working. Miami Florida
After placing an order for a Yamaha DGX 650 electronic keyboard from the website Junkum.com I tried to contact the company through the telephone number provided on the website homepage only to discover that it wasn't a working number. I then learned that none of the contact information that was provided was legitimate.
I continued to try to contact the seller after I received an E-mail with a copy of my purchase order including an order number and the promise of a tracking number. I did eventually receive a tracking number which I followed for weeks until I received a package containing a small piece of colored cloth.
I responded to the E-mail which came from [email protected] about the package I received and was told that it was a mixup and that they would resend my requested purchase as soon as possible. In the mean time I've been working with my card company to file a dispute and attempt to get a refund of my purchase.
Further examination of the website revealed that most of the offered merchandise in the musical instruments category were for rare and hard to find items all at the average price of between $75.00 to $99.00 dollars. Tempting prices, if true, but hard to believe for some of the items.
