We rented a house and from the beginning it was a complete nightmare. Julie Fox and Gregory Fox (Arizona Gregory) would drive by daily and spy on us, take pictures of my kids playing and our belongings outside. She even wrote me a letter and had it notorized about a shade tent thay was put up so my kids could play without getting a sunburn. Apparently it was in my lease.

Skip ahead 3 months my mother comes to help me out while I was recovering from a sickness that put me into the hospital.

She brought 2 little 3 lbs dogs with her. They didnt even belong to her she was transporting them for a shelter from neveda to Arizona. Well the landlord came over to deliver a notice and saw the dogs.

My mother and i explained the situation and she still served me with a 5 day eviction notice. Turns out in my lease it states no unauthorized animals are to be at the residence without prior approval. We tried to fight her in court about the dogs.

This is where things get really bad. I had NEVER gone through an eviction process and had no clue what to expect. As i was moving my belongings into the moving truck, I get locked out by the police.

Told to grab what i could....how horrifying for my babies! I was so embaressed. Everything i own is now locked in the house. I contacted julie to get my belonging but she wouldnt respond for days. I finally had contact with her and she agreed to let me in the house on july 22nd. I rented the largest uhaul, i got help and i even made sure i verfied over and over with her about time date etc. Gregory Fox (Arizona Gregory) and Julie Fox showed up and when they opened the door EVERYTHING was gone! Everything!!!!

My sectional, brand new, not even a month old, beds, all my boxes that i had packed and ready to be loaded. GONE. My childrens toys, my kids breathing machine, my diabetes medication dressers with all their clothes... all of our FOOD.

I almost had a heart attack. I called and made a theft report. I was told it was a civil matter and they directed me to hire an attorney and sue her.

I felt so helpless, she just stood there while we loaded what she didnt take. Which wasnt much. Not one piece of furniture was left... She stood there and smiled as i sobbed.

Fast forward... we hired an attorney and he wrote her a letter (for $500) Julie had agreed to meet us 2 times now and has never upheld her end of the agreement.

She demanded 1,600 dollars for moving and storage fees. Of course my attorney says this isnt lawful however all i can do is wait for her to dispose of all my wordly belongings and THEN sue her? 

How do i put a value on my childrens baby books, or my grandmothers ashes etc.?

Well, she arranged one last meeting according to her. I scraped up the money and got $1,600 dollars. I got the money order, hired a couier service and a moving company with 2 men. All these were specific instructions by her. I did everything i was suppose to. I waited with a pit in my stomach for the last 2 days for our "final meeting" this morning rolls around, the movers are at the storage place and she never shows up....

This whole situation was over 2 dogs if you remember that far back. I take complete responsibility i did have the

Dogs there but i never thought about conacting her.

Definitely learned that leasson about reading the fine print in the lease! Well here i am, out the money she wont reapond to me or my attorney and i am having a really hard time keeping it together. I dont feel like the punishment fits the crime. She keeps playing games.

I am going to make signs and go stand in front of her house on public property. Tell everyone what shes done.

If i do this will any of you mommas share my story? I dont know what else to do... i am desperate and completely heartbroken.

Ive called 3 on your side and i am hoping to hear something. I have included some of the emails and correspondence back and forth. 

DONT RENT FROM JULIE FOX OR TRUST HER WORD EVERYTHING WILL BE A LIE....
