Received Horizeon Fitness T101 treadmill in January. Display broken. After 3 service calls requested refund or replacement. Denied. After 4th service call requested an upgrade model. No response. Treadmill repaired on 5th service call, over 3 months after initial contact for service. Lack of quality product and poor customer service. Will never recommend or buy from them again.
